Returns policy

Please note that non-stock or special order items and flooring accessories, as well as opened products and packs, are not eligible for return. In the event of receiving damaged products, it is essential to document the damage during collection or delivery. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to any returns that are accepted. Additionally, payment for goods or services is required at the time of purchase or upon completion of the service.
